It’s cherry season! This is the perfect summer salsa to use up all those fresh cherries. This salsa is studded with sweet yellow corn in every bite. It’s fruity, tangy, spicy, and a fun way to change it up from the usual tomato salsa. If you’re not a fan of spice, you can omit the jalapeño. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.

Summer Cherry Salsa
A spicy and tangy summer salsa that packs a ton of flavor!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Sweet Cherries pitted and chopped
- 1/2 Medium Jalapeño deseeded and diced
- 1/4 cup Red Onion diced
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 Clove Garlic minced
- 1 cup Sweet Yellow Corn cooked, cut off the cob from 2 ears of corn
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
