Pumpkin Cookie Crumble Shaken Espresso
Pumpkin spice meets cookies & cream in this delicious drink!
- 2 shots Espresso
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Purée (I use the brand Libby's)
- 2 tsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 Oreo Cookies crushed
Pull 2 shots of espresso
To a cocktail shaker, add ice, brown sugar, and espresso. Shake
In a serving glass, strain over ice
For the pumpkin cream:To a separate cup, add heavy cream, pumpkin purée, and powdered sugar. Froth using a milk frother Top espresso with pumpkin cream. Dust with pumpkin pie spice. Sprinkle with crushed Oreo cookies
